The Administrative Assistant – Community Association Management (“CAM”) assists with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the functions and duties of the CAM Department. The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to one Property Manager as needed, creating a professional and welcoming environment for staff and clients, and demonstrating strong attention to each detail of the work day. This position is part-time (M-F 20 hours/week).

The On-Site Maintenance Technician performs general maintenance and repair work under the supervision of the Resident Manager. The On-Site Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the overall physical condition of the community according to the Company’s operating and safety standards. The On-Site Maintenance Technician ensures that service requests and repairs are made correctly and in a timely manner.
The Assistant Resident Manager is the caretaker for the assigned property. In addition to overseeing maintenance, the Assistant Resident Manager is available to assist residents, promote properties for rent, negotiate rental agreements, and collect rent payments. The Assistant Resident Manager is the public face of the assigned property.
The Resident Manager Floater provides relief and support as needed at various Company managed properties.
